Being paid means you bought xats from the buy page, NOT that you have xats or powers.

Domain Unblock | Request domain to be unblocked from linkvalidator or under your chat box. | Yes |
Email Change | Request an email change for an account. | Yes |
Location Update | Request a change of your primary/home location. | Yes |
Lost Access | Forgot email, forgot email password or lost access to your email. | No |
Lost Auth | Lost access to your authenticator application or unable to generate codes to login. | No |
Payment Problems | Problems with paying for xats or did not receive your xats after a purchase. Note: you must be verified. | Yes |
