Being paid means you bought xats from the buy page, NOT that you have xats or powers.
|General inquiries or if you are unsure what category a ticket blongs in.
|Deleted account, deleted xatspace, hold longer than 7 days, experiencing error 25 or 55.
|Account is held for less than 7 days.
|Chat has been blocked from promotion or has been delisted.
|Request domain to be unblocked from linkvalidator or under your chat box.
|Request an email change for an account.
|Request a change of your primary/home location.
|Forgot email, forgot email password or lost access to your email.
|Lost access to your authenticator application or unable to generate codes to login.
|Problems with paying for xats or did not receive your xats after a purchase. Note: you must be verified.
|Reporting Phishing Site
|Report a phishing website.
|Report a scam or attempted scam.
|Request a shortname transfer or for a shortname to be put back on sale.
